Sealing is the cheapest way to extend the life of a plain concrete floor. Penetrating silicates harden and repel without changing appearance, while film sealers add sheen and stain resistance.
We test absorption first, because an over-troweled slab will not take a penetrating sealer no matter how much you apply.
